Return Policy applies only to online shopping via Turkey.

Customers in other countries should contact our local branch.

All parts of the product or products to be returned / exchanged must be in their original packaging.

The product is not returned for the furniture products that are installed because the original packaged packages are opened and the product loses its quality.
